Ministers of Holy Communion visit and bring Holy Communion to individuals homes as well as the three Nursing Homes located in Wrentham. They assist with Mass, which is celebrated once per month at each Nursing Home, celebration of the Rosary and other Religious events occurring at the Nursing Homes. They also help coordinate our Annual Mass of Anointing for the homebound and disabled of our Parish who cannot attend Mass regularly.
